1. What types of products do you sell? We specialize in model toys and collectibles, including:
- Diecast cars (1:64, 1:43, 1:24, 1:18 scales)
- Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and premium brands
- Scale model kits, action figures, and display accessories
- Garage dioramas, display cases, and collector shelves
All products are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.
2. Where do you ship to? We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer the following shipping methods to the US:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days) – $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) – $0 (Free on all orders!)
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days) – $0
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) – $10
Note: Free shipping applies automatically to qualifying orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on all orders – no minimum purchase required. This is our most popular option for collectors.
5. How long does it take to process and ship my order? Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.
6. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused/unopened items in original condition. Please contact us first before returning anything. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Full refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued upon receipt and inspection.
7. My item arrived damaged or is defective – what should I do? We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund quickly.
8. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check status directly in your Shopify account under "Orders".
9. Do you price match or offer discounts? We strive to offer competitive prices every day. Keep an eye on our site for flash sales, bundle deals, and newsletter-exclusive discounts!
